Massimo Merlino

President of the Advisory board. Degree in chemical engineer. Previously operation research analyst in planning studies for ERG and Mobil Oil. Professor in Corporate Management and Entrepreneurship, founder of Praxis Management, partner at Accenture Consulting. More than 30 years of experience in strategy, change management, start-up launch and support. He is member of the board of the merchant Bank Partner, chairman of Bioman, Eurometalweb and Sirec Engineering, start up in high-tech. Today he is President of one of the major bank in San Marino.

Pietro Duosi

Degree in law. HR manager at Selenia S.p.A., Tirrenia di Navigazione S.p.A., Fincantieri S.p.A. and group HR manager at IRI (Istituto Riconversione Industriale), with main tasks involving head hunting, management training and trade unions dealing; supervisor of labour strategy and member of managing board at Tirrenia di Navigazione S.p.A., he held several senior positions also at Iveco S.p.A. (Fiat), Olivetti S.p.A and further medium-sized entities. Now, he provides third companies with professional advice on HR and entrepreneurial training activity. His skills concern also industrial negotiation, business administration, public relations with State offices, governmental task forces, HR selection and start-up support.

Piercipriano Rollo

Degree in Naval Architecture and Mechanical Engineering. He has been serving for 15 years as Navy Officer in the Italian Navy. After a brief experience as Inspector at RINA (Italian Naval Register), he has been working until retirement for Fincantieri SpA in different offices (Marghera, Trieste and Genoa). His main tasks involved both Cruise and Merchant Businesses, Project Management, Research and Development and Business Startegies. During last years, he especially dedicated his efforts to academic career, holding important and influential positions in several Italian Universities, as Industrial Design Professor in “La Sapienza” (Rome) and “Politecnico” (Milan Bicocca). He is currently a Board of Directors member at University of Trieste.

Gesualdo (Aldo) Pianciamore

CEO at Gefina (financial holding company of Generali Group), investments CFO at Assicurazioni Generali, investments and international financial operations manager at Banco di Roma, board member in several subsidiary companies of Generali Group and Intesa San Paolo Group, independent counselor at Saipem S.p.A. (Eni Group). At the moment, he keeps on being involved in the financial branch as an advisor for important companies and he is also engaged in ethical finance. He boasts the titles of Cavaliere di Gran Croce of Italian Republic and Monaco Honoray Consul for Friuli Venezia Giulia

Yoel Guilatt

He served for more than 35 years as Israel ambassador and diplomat in several countries and was the first delegate of the Israeli Government in China. His last position was Deputy Ambassador in the Israeli Embassy in Paris. Since the year 2000 Guilatt is involved in international business development for Israeli and European companies, specialised in the field of high-tech, renewable energy technologies, GreenTech, CleanTech and other new technologies.
